Urmi + Faheem | San Francisco Wedding and Engagement Photographer

Urmi and Faheem both have such beautiful smiles! I’m so honored to capture these images for them to share at their wedding reception. We started in the Palace of Fine Arts where Urmi got to show off her beautiful sari and Faheem was rocking his casual/formal look that he does so well. At the end of our session we ended up at the karaoke bar where they first met, which was a beautiful conclusion to a shoot filled with smiles, silly faces and cupcakes (Faheem LOVES Sprinkles cupcakes). Keep an eye out for what Urmi’s missing out on while she eyes her cupcake!

I just finished delivering a beautiful 12×12 fine art album to them to share with friends and family, which I’ll post soon now that they’ve hosted their reception (couldn’t have any spoilers for their guests!).

Congrats Urmi and Faheem! I really like how the pictures turned out! :)

Sonia + Jameen | Golfland Mini-Golf Engagement Photographer

Sonia and Jameen’s wedding was this past weekend but since we shot this engagement so close to the wedding, I didn’t get a chance to share this with you guys until today. I’m so happy I was able to bring a slideshow of their engagement session to their wedding for them and their guests to enjoy!

Jameen took Sonia to Golfland for their first date and thought it would be a great place to celebrate their engagement. They started off with a friendly (hm…) competition at the arcades before we took a snack break and went off for a round of mini-golf!

Teasers for their wedding are up on the Facebook page! ‘Like’ it to stay updated on more images from their wedding!

I think these pencils are the epitome of mini-golf, along with colorful golf clubs and golf balls!
Jameen had gotten all 3 of us milkshakes, which were supposed to be ‘super thick’… instead I think we pretty much got ice cream in a cup the size of a 7-11 big gulp.
I absolutely love it when couples do something silly and fun! Those hot dogs are definitely looking a lot more awesome with these two representing them.
As we were wrapping up the session, we decided to have a bit more fun before we left!
Halloween approaching or is that one of their missing employees? :O
Sonia recently got her black belt in Taekwondo so I was curious to see some of her skills! Jameen also has a black belt so don’t get in the way of these two!

Ellen and Slava Engagement Session | UC Berkeley Engagement Photographer

Ellen and Slava have been together for over 10 years since they met at UC Berkeley so it was only fitting to come back to campus for their engagement session! Despite having grown up in the Bay Area, I haven’t really been on the Berkeley campus before, so it was great getting a small tour of the area. Compared to my university, the campus was huge! The variety of architecture and iconic landmarks really made this campus a memorable experience. I had such a great time getting to know Ellen and Slava and seeing how they make each other laugh and bring the best out of each other. Can’t wait for their wedding this Sunday!

Right above the chalkboard were these two drawings for all you Portal fans out there!
